Kalix is beautifully located at the point where the River Kalix meets the Gulf of Bothnia. There are 10 conurbations located in Kalix Municipality, and Kalixbo has property in many of them. The largest conurbation in the municipality, central Kalix is where Kalixbo has the majority of its portfolio – around 500 apartments.

Töre

Located around 25 kilometres to the west of Kalix town centre, Töre is the largest town in the Kalix countryside. It is also home to Sweden’s northernmost deep water port. Together with the sea, the River Töre and a number of small lakes combine to offer fantastic outdoor experiences.

Båtskärsnäs
