Krubban, Kyrkogatan 5 & 7

Krubban is located nearby Kalix Church, with wonderful views across the River Kalix. The buildings were constructed between 1964 and 1971. In the three floor-buildings there are apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. The apartments are light and pleasant, and all of them have balconies which face the river, except for the studio units. The building on Kyrkogatan 5 has a split-level section relating to entrances C and D. The buildings contain laundry facilities, storage areas and a hobby room in the basement.
