Krubban, Kyrkogatan 5 & 7

Krubban is located nearby Kalix Church, with wonderful views across the River Kalix. The buildings were constructed between 1964 and 1971. In the three floor-buildings there are apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. The apartments are light and pleasant, and all of them have balconies which face the river, except for the studio units. The building on Kyrkogatan 5 has a split-level section relating to entrances C and D. The buildings contain laundry facilities, storage areas and a hobby room in the basement.

Gamla torget, Centralgatan 8

Gamla torget is located in Kalix town centre. These two-, four- and five-floor buildings were constructed in 1990. The apartments here range from half- to two-bedroom units. Gamla torget is so-called senior accommodation for 55+ (more information on our senior accommodation can be found under Information for tenants). The apartments are well-designed. The buildings have access to a lift. Storage facilities are located in the attic. Laundry facilities are located at entrance E.

Prästen, Prästgatan 1 A-B

Prästen is located nearby Kalix. Constructed in 2018, the two buildings span six floors, of which one is split-level. The buildings have access to a lift. The apartments range from one to two-bedroom units. All apartments have an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room. All apartments have glazed balconies with nice views across the River Kalix. On the basement level there are laundry facilities and storage areas, while the building on Prästgatan 1 B also has a sauna. There are car ports and parking spaces beside the buildings. Broadband, TV and

IP telephony are included in the rent.

Svalan, Floragatan 21 & Valhallavägen 46

Svalan is located in the centre of Kalix. These five-floor buildings were built in 1993, and have access to a lift. The apartments range from studio to one-bedroom units. They are light and well-designed. Svalan is so-called senior accommodation for 55+ (more information on our senior accommodation can be found under Information for tenants). The laundry facilities and apartment storage areas are located in the basement of both buildings. An assembly hall is located next to the entrance.

Länsman, Morjärvsvägen 4

Länsman is located in the centre of Kalix. Spanning three and four floors respectively, the building was constructed in 1959. There is no lift in the building. The apartments range from one to four-bedroom units. The apartments are well maintained and extremely pleasant. Laundry facilities and storage areas are located in the basement.

Duvan, Rammelbergsvägen 2

Duvan is located in the centre of Kalix. Constructed in 1968, the building has three floors and one five-level stairway enclosure (entrance A) which has access to a lift. The apartments range from studio to five-bedroom units. They are light and well-designed, with large balconies. Laundry facilities and storage areas are located in the basement.

Duvan, Tallhedsgatan 1

Our sheltered accommodation for 70+ is located on Tallhedsgatan 1 in the centre of Kalix (more information on our sheltered accommodation can be found under Information for tenants). The four-floor building was built in 2015, and has access to a lift. The apartments range from studio to one- and two-bedroom units. Light and well designed, they are equipped to meet the needs of the elderly. All apartments have glazed balconies. Laundry facilities and storage areas are located in the basement. There are two halls in the building, one of which has a communal kitchen.

Tor, Valhallavägen 69-81

Tor is situated in the centre nearby Kalix Hospital. The two-floor buildings were constructed in 1982. The buildings have apartments ranging from one to three-bedroom units. All apartments have their own entrances and balconies facing the inner courtyard. The apartments are light and spacious, with large balconies. A sauna and laundry facilities are located in the rear buildings. There is a barbecue area and playground for children in the inner-courtyard. The inner-courtyards are vehicle-free.

Manhem; Centrumvägen 52-54

The Manhem district is home to the oldest apartment blocks in Kalixbo’s portfolio. Constructed in the 1950s, the buildings span three floors and have apartments ranging from studio to three-bedroom units. There is no lift in the buildings. The buildings were renovated during the 1980s. In this district there is also a five-floor building located on Centrumvägen 52 F, which was built in 2008. At Centrumvägen 52 F there is access to a lift, and the 23 apartments include both one- and two-bedroom units. The apartments at 52 F have an open-plan layout between the kitchen and living room, as well as glazed balconies. Laundry facilities are located in the basement of Centrumvägen 52 F and Centrumvägen 54 D. There is a sauna next to the laundry facilities.

Vargen, Lejonsgatan 4

Vargen is located in Kalix town centre. The four-floor building was built in 1991 and has access to a lift. The apartments range from one to two-bedroom units. There are laundry facilities in the basement.

Örnen, Postgatan 4

Örnen is located in the centre of Kalix, a stone’s throw from Galleria Kalix. The four-floor building was constructed in 1964, and has no access to a lift. The apartments in the building range from studio to three-bedroom units. There are laundry facilities and storage areas in the basement.

Jungfrun 7, Kungsviksgatan 12

Kungsviksgatan 12 is located in the district of Jungfrun in the centre of Kalix. The four-floor building was constructed in 1970, and has no access to a lift. The apartments range from studio to two-bedroom units. There are laundry facilities and storage areas in the basement.

Jungfrun 12, Morjärvsvägen 11

Jungfrun 12, with the address Morjärvsvägen 11, is located in the heart of Kalix. The three-floor building was built in 1968 and has no access to a lift. The apartments range from studio to two-bedroom units. Laundry facilities and storage areas are located in the basement.

Blixten, Köpmannagatan 11

Köpmannagatan 11 is located in the district of Blixten in the centre of Kalix. Constructed in 2013, the building spans five floors and has access to a lift. The apartments range from one to two-bedroom units. The bathrooms have heated flooring. All apartments have glazed balconies. Storage areas are located in the basement.
